I cannot log into my account. What’s wrong?

Have you made absolute sure that you've entered your email address and password correctly, and didn't have your CAPS on when trying to access your account? If so, then our next recommendation is to have your password reset by clicking here.  We'll send you an email to reset your password. If you don't receive your email, we suggest checking your spam box or junk folder in case it was sent there.

If resetting your password doesn't work, it may be possible that you are not yet registered with the SurveySay panel!  In that case, please visit and register an account.

If all else has failed and you still cannot access your account, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support team and we'll do our best to get this issue settled as soon as possible.
