I tried to take a survey, but it says that it is "Closed". Why?

Most of the time, our surveys are closed because our clients have found the required number of respondents to complete our survey. To prevent this from happening again, we recommend you complete your surveys as soon as they are available to you.

Another reason a survey may be closed is because we have found a technical issue within the survey, and we need to close the survey while we fix it.  If this is the case, the survey will be re-activated within the next hours and you´ll be able to take it.
